    The thing is that the liked upness didn’t stop, and still hasn’t, but the size 6 has receded back and realising my new clothing were no longer fitting IN ANY WAY I decided to go back into teaching. So got the photo of the body I wanted with my mind, even off drawn one off the internet i absolutely would have something to properly aim for and off We set.

    Week 1 gave up, kept looking in the vanity mirror size 8 never brain 6 was still far into the future. Then I started to be totally fed up and very downward and dismal on other people about how I had sunk back into not training again. Advised myself and my partner I would restart next week, then, next week came I would beginning then give up, same old purpose.

    The problem that I encountered, and get since recognised, is that I did not stop to rejoice my success. Instead We kept looking at where We were and where Needed to go and felt a sense of disappointment when I will need to have been celebrating my improvement of how far I had sailed.
